OSUN State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has assured Ijesa Muslim Community that there is no plan to demolish Ilesa central mosque in the ongoing dualisation of Ilesa road as being rumoured in some circles in the state.
The governor made this known in a statement by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed in Osogbo.
According to him, “ Governor Adeleke has received the plea of the Ijesa Muslim leaders and has directed that fresh assurance be given that the mosque is not billed for demolition in the ongoing road dualisation.
